Marsh had the hat trick this past Friday night. The WR/TE had 4 receptions for 102 yards and 3 touchdowns. He had a season high in receiving and touchdowns. The 6’3 180-pound receiver has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, jumping, good acceleration, and change of direction. Good release vs off coverage. Good separation quickness to take the top off a defense. Very good catching. He has a large catch radius due to his frame. Very good body control to stay in bounds on the sideline, and accelerate for a touchdown. After the catch, he uses his home run speed to run past defenders and get into the endzone. Marsh also is a powerful blocker and can create running lanes whether next to the tackle, or out in space. He’s a powerful receiver that is looking to continue capitalizing on this performance going into next week.
Marsh was a reliable option for Grand Junction, securing 27 catches for 454 yards and averaging 16.8 yards per reception. His eight touchdowns highlighted his ability to find the end zone, and his consistency made him a key contributor throughout the season.
Marsh measures in at 6’2 180-pounds. He had 27 receptions for 454 yards and 8 touchdowns. Marsh has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, good speed, jumping, and solid change of direction. He is more of a receiving threat then a blocker. Marsh has a good release at the line of scrimmage. Has good separation quickness due to his athletic ability, play strength, and mental processing. He’ll fight through contact during the route. He has very good mental processing, and finds open voids on the field. Marsh has good ball tracking skills and catching. He has a big catch radius. Good body control and adjustment. He keeps both feet in bounds on the sideline throws. Good blocking with solid hand placement and good hand strength. Marsh is a smart player who consistently finds ways to assist his team on the field.
Marsh is a TE that is able to use his speed and hands to create mismatches against backers. He is shifty and when he gets into the open field can use his speed to pull away from defenders, having a long of 47 yards this season. He was able to haul in 27 receptions for 454 yards and showed a knack to find the endzone with 8 touchdowns. He is a player that shows the ability to be a big play threat and would benefit from having the ball in his hands more. Look for him to be a player that will try a make a statement next season.
