The Georgetown commit completed 17 of 25 passes for 371 yards with three touchdowns for Salesian in a win over Westwood of Arizona.

Shirley is another guy who I thought looked better on Sunday than he did at the Elite 11 Regional recently. He was throwing some of the best deep balls of the day and looked solid in the individual drills.

Big-bodied pro-style quarterback with the size, arm talent, and football IQ that evaluators love. At a verified 6’3”, 210 lbs with a 4.28 GPA, Shirley put up 1,748 passing yards and 17 TDs on 65% completion as a junior after transferring, earning 1st-Team Del Rey League and All-City Section honors. He has clean mechanics, quick release, easy velocity on deep throws, and natural pocket presence—exactly the kind of processor who thrives in spread or pro-style schemes. Projection: Day 1 Group of 5 starter with clear Power 4 upside and the academics/intangibles to become a multi-year contributor. High-floor riser who should keep climbing boards fast.
