Rue’s move to OLB will elevate him to the top of the state’s OLB rankings. In the box, he possesses Power 5 size, speed, aggression, and cover skills. Rue impressed us with his ability to compete at the Power 5 level as an OLB. He has excellent feet and Intelligence in the box. He was able to cover some of the tournament’s quickest running backs and used his 6’3 size to win all air battles.
