Seton Hall Prep has added another weapon to their arsenal. After scoring two touchdowns as a freshman for Millburn, Denzin is on his way to Seton Hall Prep to compete with the best of them in the state. Denzin is ahead of his class when it comes to skill and size. Standing at 6’4″, Denzin is already towering over every DB he will go up against. There is a lot of potential brewing here, and I expect Denzin to stand out as one of the top receiving targets in the NJ 2027 class by season’s end. You don’t typically find taller receivers to be as explosive as Denzin is. However, he has shown that he is quick on his feet and can trip up defenders at the line. He is a clean route runner as well, chopping down in his break to give himself separation from the DB and an easy throw for the QB. I can only assume that going up against Seton Hall Prep’s DBs this offseason has prepped Denzin in a big way for 2024.

Read EvaluationAlex Boyer | Prep Redzone Scout
Denzin is a big, tall, long receiver coming out of the highly recruited state of New Jersey. At 6-foot-3 and 165-pounds and possessing a big frame, it can be a tough ask to cover Denzin at any point on the field, specifically in the red zone. With his wingspan, it allows him to go up and make plays on the ball, no matter where the ball is thrown. Along with that, Denzin can get vertical if asked to, making him a threat that defenses have to account for. He has already camped at several P5 schools, including Penn State and Rutgers. Ahead of that, look for him to likely end up at one of New Jersey’s top private schools for high school.
