I met Austin-Harvey at the SBU camp before the season and was impressed with his ability. Now seeing his progression at this Prep redzone, it looks like he has worked on his craft, and looks even better after his Sophomore season.

He always had a pretty throwing motion, but seeing him work at camp, he might have thrown the best deep throw out of the participants. Something that I thought might have been his flaw last camp, he has now made it one of his strength, that’s the type of growth that colleges love to see.

Young Austin-Harvey is as athletic as they come.

Let’s hear it for the young man only going into his sophomore year of high school football turning some heads at this prospect camp. Daylen really caught my eye by just testing extremely high in every event put on at this camp. Athletically Austin-Harvey can do about everything on the football field, he just so happens to throw the football extremely well.

Don’t let his size deter you from this prospect he is only an incoming Sophomore and growing into his body. You can tell Daylen just loves the game of football with a super competitive edge to him he is really coming into his own.

Daylen went into the throwing sessions ready to prove himself to his older counterparts and really held his own. Daylen throws a pretty tight spiral with good accuracy from the pocket. We have the opportunity to see three more years of Austin-Harvey develop into a complete quarterback. While speaking to scouts they are excited to see his progress going forward.
