The leading rusher for the Cook Hornets last year as a freshman, Davis earned a new ranking in the latest 2029 update after a strong first season where he rushed for an impressive 1,051 yards and 11 touchdowns, hitting the 100-yard mark five times. He’s shifty, slippery, shows good vision, and terrific burst once he gets through the line of scrimmage. He runs hard and has a natural feel for the position that you don’t see often from first-year backs. He shows last year he’s one of the top 2029 running backs in South Georgia bound for am even bigger sophomore season in 2026. He’s now ranked as a top-5 running back in Georgia for his class.

Davis is one of the better players that I have watched in the 2029 class. He is the complete package, and is better than a large majority of the older guys across the nation. Davis has plenty of talent, and is a name that many will quickly learn due to his ability to break loose on runs. He has plenty of traits that makes him who he is overall, and he will be one of the names that make the most headlines in his class.
