Davion is a true deep threat wide receiver whose game is built around speed, timing, and the ability to stretch defenses vertically.
He forces safeties to stay deep because once he gets a clean release, he can threaten over the top immediately. That speed changes how defenses line up—corners can’t sit on short routes, and coordinators have to account for him on every snap.
He tracks the ball well downfield and shows the ability to adjust to throws over his shoulder, which is critical for a vertical receiver. When he gets even a step of separation, he’s extremely difficult to recover on because of his acceleration.
