Gray has four receivers who have each caught at least 12 passes this fall. One of them has 30 receptions in the Eagles’ first seven games, and another is a Shrine Bowl selection. But what happens when they graduate? Look no further than Quattlebaum.
The sophomore is clearly being trained as Gray’s next WR1. He’s playing defense sporadically, and we may see him more on that side of the ball the next two years, too. But his bigger contribution is on offense.
There, he caught 16 passes for 221 yards in the first seven games of 2026. He’s a true slot who sprints off the line to find the soft spot in coverage – usually across the middle of the field – and his ball security has been on point enough to warrant more usage despite those seniors ahead of him.
