Fullmer has been exceptional this year and has developed into a receiver who routinely gets open and, with his frame, presents with a good catch radius, and he is strong at the catch point. He does well creating after the catch and has been a big part of the Payson offense, and does well getting off the line and shows good footwork. With region play coming, it’ll be fun to see how he does for the rest of the season.

Fullmer has been excellent this year and is continuing his hot streak from a year ago. He is a twitchy receiver who does a good job of getting open and has good hands and high points the ball. He’s a player who can win at all three levels, and he’s someone who will make the most out of region play.

Fullmer will lead the receiving room for Payson. He put forth a solid season last year and nearly reached double-digit touchdowns. He has a good frame, is strong at the catch point, and does well creating late separation.

Fullmer is an athletic two-way player who shows good speed, has good footwork, moves well, and is a fluid athlete. Fullmer tracks the ball well, can create on his own after the catch, and has good vision.
