Bell is a young receiver on the come-up who is starting to show real growth as a pass-catching threat. He’s developing confidence in his game and beginning to translate his athletic ability into more consistent production on the field.

What stands out early is his willingness to compete and make plays in traffic. Bell shows improving ball skills, tracks the football well, and isn’t afraid to go up and challenge defenders at the catch point. He also flashes ability after the catch, using effort and quick movement to turn short gains into positive yardage.

He’s still building consistency as a route runner, but the progress is noticeable especially in timing and understanding spacing within the defense. As he continues to refine his technique and add strength, his role in the offense will continue to expand.
