Louie is a very sound outside linebacker that is smooth in coverage with man cover skills downfield and triggers fast on the perimeter and is a very sure tackler who cam come up and pack a punch at the POA. He shows a very high IQ pre-snap, can take proper angles when knifing into the backfield and has a solid shock and shed inside when taking on bigger blockers. Scraping over the top, he shows strong lateral movement and change of direction abilities while flashing he can apply pressure off the edge or up the middle with good timing and violence at the point of attack. A true sideline to sideline guy that is a plus athlete for the position he should be drawing plenty of FCS+ interest moving forward and is a must offer guy at this point.
