Garrard is another undersized linebacker that fly’s around with a big time motor and can knife into the backfield, evade blockers on his way to ball carriers and is seemingly always around the ball looking to create turnovers and packing a punch at the point of attack. Garrard is a high IQ player with a quick trigger and takes good angles in the open field while showing he can redirect and consistently make plays in space. He has already racked up nearly 60 tackles and 8 TFL’s through week 5 of the season and should find his home in college at the D3 level at either inside or outside linebacker.

Garrard has a great frame for an outside linebacker with long arms that allow him to make an impact in the run and pass game. He has natural instincts and the ability to trigger downhill quickly. He should be a player to keep an eye on as he continues to grow not only in his game but with his strength.
