Collier is an upcoming WR for Michigan City who could step in and take a large role this fall. He’s a good athlete with a good change of direction and ball skills down the field. He does need to develop his route tree and be more aggressive at the catch point, but his raw abilities will take him far. If you get the ball in his hands and let him be creative and get to work, that’s when he’s at his best.
