De’Marion Bothwell is a standout running back for Oneonta that has had a great last few seasons for them. Bothwell has some explosive speed and agility- his rapid acceleration and quick cuts leave defenders struggling to tackle him, and when he’s in open field its near impossible to catch up to him. Bothwell also has excellent field awareness that allows him to read blocks and make the most of each carry- he doesn’t try to do too much and can consistently move the chains each carry. Bothwell also has shown to have reliable hands when catching the ball- overall he’s a very well rounded back  with a ton of potential heading forward. Recently, Bothwell committed to South Alabama, giving them a great player for their rushing attack in the future!
