Dallan has good size and he’s a signal caller who has shown flashes throughout his time. He stands tall in the pocket and, when he’s kept clean, throws a good, deep ball and shows that he can get to his second read. He can move around in the pocket a little and is someone who does a good job of keeping his head up when he’s moving around in the pocket.

Dallan has done a good job of having improved ball placement this season and leading his receivers open. He’ll get to his second option and the game has slowed down for him. He shows good arm talent and has a good delivery. He throws a good deep ball and isn’t afraid to let it rip.

Van Vliet has good size and moves around well. He throws a good deep ball and someone that isn’t afraid to sling it around. His velocity is good, and he processes well. His is best as a deep ball passer and will look to improve in the other area’s. Huge year is ahead for him.

Van Vliet has a good frame to grow into and can add on 15-20 lbs during his High School career. He shows good pocket presence, processes quickly, and gets to his second read. Van Vliet moves well in the pocket and does well at extending plays and using his feet to scramble for a first down. He has good footwork as a runner and is a good athlete who will develop into a power runner when his frame fills out. Van Vliet has a big arm and will stress the defense with deep shots. He does well at leading his receivers open and still has a couple of years to continue his maturation. All the necessary tools are there for him to develop into a top-tier gunslinger in the state.
