On film, he diagnoses plays quickly, attacks downhill with purpose, and takes strong angles to meet ball carriers at the point of attack. He does a great job shedding blockers, staying disciplined in his gaps, and finishing through contact to limit extra yardage. Coper also shows sideline-to-sideline range, allowing him to track plays outside the box, close on screens, and disrupt developing runs.
