Tannehill is one of the more under-recruited prospects across northern California and is going to be a big time steal for a college program. He has a huge frame, solid throwing mechanics and a big arm downfield with plenty of zip and air on the ball, throwing his receivers open with ease. In the pocket, he shows he can evade pressure while keeping his eyes downfield and make off-platform throws without losing zip on the ball and is accurate outside the hashes as well. He is a seemingly high IQ and quick processor that gets the ball out quick and has the ideal frame/size for the position in college and is poised for a monster senior season on the central coast. Look for Tannehill to gather more interest soon and be a notable summer and fall late riser amongst signal callers in the state.
