Olson was a force on both sides of the ball. The 6’3″ 205 pounder made a big impact in the run game, highlighted by a 20 yard touchdown run where he raced to the end zone untouched. On defense he was a sound tackler and effective blitzer. His biggest play of the night was when he came flying through the line, making the game sealing pick six by basically taking it out of the quarterback’s hands. He is athletic for his size and looks really good coming off an injury that kept him out most of last year.

Collin is an athlete out of Garretson that I felt had rising stock into his 2025 season before an injury derailed him a game and half in, but he’s one that is starting to gain more attention this spring and will even more into summer camp season. The now 6’3 200 pounder has surley been in the weight room adding about 15 pounds to his frame since last season’s eval. He plays on both sides of the ball, but I love the upside Collin has to be a linebacker or an EDGE rusher when it comes to the next-level but man, he’s an athlete by trade that could play just about anywhere with his position flexibility he brings. Bemidji State and Sioux Falls are his first NSIC offers, and I surely feel that more NSIC schools will get into the mix by end of the summer for Collin’s skillsets at the next-level.

Collin is a 2027 prospect out of Garretson that produced at a high level on tape in his sophomore season and I cant’ wait to see the tape in his junior season. The light tape I have seen from this season show quick hands off blocks and gets downhill with pure athletcism at his disposal. Collin is a prospect that has upside on both sides of the ball as a good fit at the linebacker position.
