The second wrecking ball on the CBA-Syracuse line, Cloutier stands at 6’3″, 290 pounds giving him an excellent build for a lineman.
In his tape he shares reps at both Guard and Center where he has good film in both. He has a good stance with a solid IQ and good footwork. He has a good bend and stands strong amongst opposing DL. He always looks for blocks and reaches the next level with ease.
Cloutier is a strong lineman who protects as a Center, but systems and coaching can land him at the Guard position at the next level. Cloutier and Cox combine for a deadly lineman duo in Section Three.

Cloutier gets good rep Center. You also see him on tape at guard, but there is a lot to like about what he does at both positions.
Cloutier has good bend, and he has a ton of reps on reach blocks that show his quickness out of his stance and overall lateral movement skills. He consistently executes blocks in the run game with good pad level and can win with leverage.
He has solid reps in Pass Pro, a great motor, and always finds work when he doesn’t have a guy over him.
I like his tape from Center and think that is his best position, although I could see some OL coaches play him at guard.
