Christian lacks strength at the point of attack, which can hinder him against bigger blockers or receivers in press situations. I suggest he focus on strength training to build mass and power without sacrificing quickness—aim for 170-175 lbs. by next offseason. Incorporate more press-man drills to leverage his hips and quickness.
