Huskey received varsity run as a sophomore in 2025, setting up what can be a big step forward this coming fall. More time could end up arriving at running back, where he carried four times this past season. It’s a skill set that also leaves open a path to playing time on defense and special teams. Huskey’s 11th-grade highlight video serves as a resume for what he brings to the table. Lining up as an H-Back, he takes handoffs, making defenders miss with elusiveness and burst. There’s straight-line speed that also works in the return game, be it on kicks or punts. On top of all that, he’s effective operating from the slot, where he runs crisp routes, finding success in the middle of the field.
