Payer is a back that is very agile and is able to get to the outside to use his speed at times. He is able to make the first defender miss and is hard to bring down when he is in the open field. He has good vision and can find the hole quickly being able to burst through to the second level.

Payer isn’t your traditional FB, he is a player that is able to open up some holes in the running lane and can have some explosive plays himself. When he is getting the ball, he is a reliable back that can get those short yardage gains and move the sticks. He can lower his shoulder and move the pile using his strength. At times he is able to show some explosiveness, bursting through the line and ripping a 20+ yard run. Will be a player to keep an eye on at a position that goes without praise.
