Wallace is going to be a problem for defenses over the next few years, especially with what he can do after the catch. His ability to turn a simple reception into a big gain is something that makes his game exciting to watch. Once the football is in his hands, he’s looking to create extra yards and make defenders work to bring him down. That YAC ability can be a difference-maker for an offense, especially when you have someone who doesn’t need the ball thrown 30 yards downfield to make a big play. If Wallace is already showing this kind of playmaking ability as a freshman, imagine what he could look like by the time he’s a junior or senior.

Cameron is an incoming freshman with a chance to make an immediate impact for the Bulldogs this season. I had the opportunity to watch him compete at a camp this spring, and he was one of the top performers from start to finish. He consistently made plays and showed why he’s one of the rising young prospects in the state. His performance quickly caught the attention of college coaches, leading to offers from UTEP, UTSA, and Baylor. Don’t be surprised if Cameron earns meaningful snaps early and becomes another explosive weapon for the Bulldogs.

Cameron is a wide receiver who already shows a strong understanding of route running for his age. He creates separation with timing and awareness rather than just relying on speed, which stands out when watching him work through different route concepts. His ability to sink his hips, break cleanly, and stay controlled through cuts gives him a polished feel in the passing game.

He’s also been active in 7-on-7 competition, where his consistency as a target continues to show up. Cameron does a good job finding soft spots in coverage and presenting a reliable option for his quarterback, especially in rhythm-based situations.

After getting the chance to watch him live, the same traits translate in person—smooth movement, dependable hands, and a natural feel for spacing. He doesn’t try to do too much, but he consistently puts himself in position to make plays.

As he continues to develop physically and add more explosiveness, Cameron’s foundation as a route runner gives him a strong base to build on as a 2030 receiver to monitor.

On offense, he showcased sharp routes, reliable hands, and the ability to make plays in space, proving why he earned MVP recognition. Defensively, he was just as impressive — reading the quarterback, breaking on the ball, and shutting down his assignment with physicality and awareness. Cameron’s versatility and ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball made him one of the most dynamic performers at the camp today.
