He has very good jump cuts and will pivot into uncovered gaps and punish the defense for a big gain. Very good inside runner. He follows his blockers and gets free. As a linebacker, he brings the same tenacity to the defensive side. He plays with fire and very good competitive toughness. Plays through the whistle, and consistently helps his teammates finish tackles. Keep an eye on him as he continues to develop.

On defense, he had 75 total tackles (23 solo, 51 assisted), 6.5 TFL, 2 FF, and 1 FR. He has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, change of direction, good speed, and balance. Tacha utilizes his knowledge of gaps to dominate on both sides of the ball. If a hole is covered, he uses his jump cuts to pivot and change direction. Good vision and mixes power and speed with his runs. Good at both inside and outside running. As a linebacker, he used his good mental processing to stuff gaps and create the TFL. I’m impressed with how Tacha plays, and I’m excited to see more from him going into next season.

A true two-way player, Tacha made his presence felt on both sides of the ball last season.
