Larkey is a developing QB who got some work last year and showed some flashes. He’s still a bit raw, but there’s clear talent there, and he’ll likely battle for the starting spot. He has solid footwork and has added to his frame over the past year or so. He completed 65% of his throws for 403 yards and 4 TDs while rotating in, while adding 150 yards and 2 TDs with his legs. He can extend plays and give the offense some mobility at the position. I like the flashes he showed, and if things start to click, he’s a guy who could take a jump.
