Ladegard measures in at 6’3 210-pounds. Throughout the season, this DE has 35 total tackles (22 solo, 13 assisted), 18.5 TFL, 10.5 sacks, 7 QB pressures, with 2 FR. Ladegard has good athletic ability due to good acceleration, lateral quickness, solid speed, and change of direction. Good initial quickness out of his stance. Does a good job creating initial contact with his hand speed. Very good hand strength, strength, and hand placement. Demolishes his opponent in front of him with a powerful bull rush. Gets low and out leverages his opponent. Ladegard is patient on RPOs and read options, making sure he makes the correct read. He’s a stout tackler with very good block shedding ability. He’s making a living in the backfield and this season should give him an uptick in recruiting.
