Watson played at a high level in Shadow Creek’s statement victory over Summer Creek. He was relentless off the edge and made life difficult for the opposing offense throughout the night.

On passing downs, Watson displayed an impressive set of moves, using his speed and bend to beat the offensive tackle. His ability to take advantage of one-on-one matchups and consistently pressure the quarterback stood out. He finished with 2 sacks and added multiple pressures.

Shadow Creek’s entire defensive line is capable of impacting a game and demanding attention across the front. Watson made the most of his opportunities Friday night and showed he can consistently win his matchups and create plays in the backfield.

Caden is a dawg on the defensive side of the ball, showing up consistently around the football. With over 40 tackles and 6.0 sacks, he has proven his ability to impact the game as a playmaker. Caden does a great job reading plays, closing space quickly, and making his presence felt as a disruptor at his position. He plays with great instincts, understands how to get downhill, and has the ability to track down ball carriers before they can get into space. Another thing Caden does well is blitz off the edge. Caden holds offers from New Mexico state, UTSA and more.

Caden at 6’2 brings strong size and length to the linebacker spot, allowing him to play physical at the point of attack and impact plays in tight windows. He uses his frame well to stack and shed blocks, staying balanced while working back to the football. His reach helps him disrupt throwing lanes in coverage, and he shows the ability to drop into space while keeping vision on the quarterback and routes developing underneath. Caden plays with effort and awareness, consistently putting himself around the ball and using his size, strength, and discipline to make plays for his defense.
