By all accounts, Sequatchie County is a program on the rise and it’s athletes like Brooks McIntyre that are responsible for helping to get the program going in the right direction again. The SC Braves took home their third consecutive SVP Conference championship and in the process McIntyre was named an All-Conference player. Also a talented basketball player, McIntyre’s selection to the team comes as no surprise–but the position is interesting. I do like him as an athletic Outside Linebacker that can run with the Wide Receivers and Tight Ends, but also physical enough to play off the edge, in the box. But, I love him as a physical presence at Wide Receiver. He racked up huge numbers this year on the outside for the purple and was an obvious stand out at the position. He’ll be a plus player, no matter where he plays on the field for the Tennessee Future Stars.
