Humfleet is a good young back who already shows a lot of encouraging traits. He runs with good pad level, breaks tackles, and does a nice job keeping his feet moving through contact. He also has good speed and vision, allowing him to find running lanes and take advantage when they open up. He seems to get better as the game goes on, and he settles into a rhythm with more carries. Some backs need a few touches before they really get rolling, and Humfleet feels like one of those guys. I like where he’s at so far and think there’s plenty to build on.

Humfleet is a Running Back/Linebacker prospect that I quickly took a liking too, after watching maybe just two, three plays of his 2024 highlights. He looks the part of a future standout–specifically at Running Back. Has a nice build and explodes through the hole with power, before opening it up in open field. Also has a commanding presence on the basketball court. It should be noted though, he was not listed on the roster by the end of the season.
