Cloud is a young gunslinger who can deliver from different arm angles and off platform. He’s able to escape and extend plays while keeping his eyes downfield. He’s got a nice release and can launch it without stepping into his throw. He’s got a big arm that can make all the throws. As he gets more experience, I think it will help him while his frame and strength catch up. He ended Friday with a pair of TDs and 200 yards. He’s young and has all the talent to become a perennial name in the ’30 class.
