Everyone loves a good comeback story, and in The Diamond State there aren’t many comeback stories better than that of Bralen Matthews. Matthews is a rising star, but after going down with an ACL tear last year, there was no guarantee he would return to 100%. This year however Matthews squashed any worry, returning to his old form and dominating on the gridiron. On the field Matthews showcases great speed and jump ball skills, but his strongest asset comes from his supreme work ethic. Matthews also has football in his genes, as his older brother is currently a QB at West Virginia.
