Expert Analysis
Ryan Wesley | Prep Redzone Scout
Witherspoon came into the season as a prospect with some steam and ended the year as one of the better receivers in the state. He is a big and physical player with excellent athleticism and explosive acceleration, giving him phenomenal run-after-catch abilities. Witherspoon is another top-ranked player who will be staying in-state to join the UNC Bears in Greeley to represent Colorado in the Big Sky.

Ryan Wesley | Prep Redzone Scout
8 REC for 106 YDS, 2 TD
rnDespite the outcome of the game, Witherspoon had an impressive showing. His athleticism and 6-foot-4 frame make him an ideal target for quarterbacks and a problem for secondaries. He has a wide catch radius and reliable catching abilities, pairing perfectly with run-after-catch skills. Witherspoon recently received his fourth Division II offer, proving that his stock is steadily rising.
