Expert Analysis
Matt Tate | Prep Redzone Scout
Terryberry plays for an 8-man team up north. However, he would be an instant starter on a good majority of regular high school teams. His very good strength was displayed throughout the event. He showed very good hand placement, and very good hand strength needed to control and steer his opponent. He used his big body to stuff the gap and strength to control his opponent. He’s a good block shedder with good initial get off speed to engage with the offensive line first. He was coachable during the drills as well. With more eyes on his play, I believe he would get some offers.

Read EvaluationRobert Davis | Prep Redzone Scout
Terryberry showcased elite traits as a defensive lineman, displaying a quick first step and maintaining a low, powerful base. His violent handwork made it difficult for blockers to engage him cleanly. Though he currently plays in an eight-man football conference, Terryberry looked like a star, consistently dominating in 3v2 drills by taking on double teams and remaining disruptive. From what I saw, he has legitimate Division I potential. A move to a larger program at the 5A or 4A level could skyrocket his recruiting stock.
