Billy first hit our radar during the Whitewater Camp this summer. The 6′ 220 lbs DE was unblockable the entire camp. Especially with him going against peers his own age. His first step, violent hands, and flexibility were to much to try and counter all at once for many underclassmen. Billy has quickly made himself a very disruptive athlete who can get into the backfield and wreck havoc at a high rate. I won’t be surprised to see him contribute early in his career for the Wilmot Union varsity. He has tools that will lead to him continuing to rise from this debut ranking.
