Ayden is a playmaking weapon at Heritage’s QB position. This was the second time I was able to watch him play, and I like the development he has put into his game. I highlighted his toughness as a player in my game report featuring him last season, and that is still a big part of his game. Yesterday, he displayed a strong arm to throw the deep ball with accuracy that set up the TD run he had to open the game. He is one of the best athletes on the field and used his legs to continue drives. Ayden is a player you want to keep on your radar.

Ayden is a dual-threat QB, who started for Heritage last fall as a sophomore. I attended one of his games last season, and I came away highly impressed with his toughness at the position in a hard-fought contest against district rival Jefferson Forest. He is utilized in rollout passes and designed QB runs to take advantage of his athleticism. He can also sit in the pocket and deliver an accurate pass to his wide receivers. He also contributes on defense as a DB for Heritage and that is why we classified him as an ATH in our rankings. If you are in the Lynchburg area, be sure to get out to a Heritage game this fall to watch Ayden and his teammates.
