Ratliff has had stellar back-to-back campaigns and is a dual-threat QB who keeps defenses honest and then hits them over the top. He’s efficient and his jump from year 2 to 3 was huge. Year 2 he completed 53% of his passes and year 3 that jumped up to 64%. His confidence in the offense was night and day and he knew where to go with the ball at all times. He’s got a quick release and hits his guy in stride more often than not. His 3310 passing yards and 40 TDs through the air with his 975 rushing yards and 11 TDs on the ground speak volumes to his raw talent.

Ratliff gave Terre Haute North fits all night in both phases of the game. He made fast decisions and knew where he was going with the ball. He was accurate and moved the ball up and down the field. Ratliff went 17 of 27 for 210 yards and 3 TDs through the air and then added 20 carries for 66 yards. Multiple runs came on big moments to extend drives and those little plays added up quickly as they pulled away.
