The Trojans rest their streak on Asaro, and for good reason. He’s a unit and lethal on types of runs.

Asaro at 6-foot-3 and 200 lbs is a certified bell-cow running back, and he’s surprisingly twitchy for his size. He can beat defenders to the corners on toss plays. His vision, paired with his jump cuts, turns blocked lanes into open holes. 

So far this season, Asaro has 215 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

Asaro is tricky, as he can either juke defenders or run straight through them. He needs multiple defenders to take him down.

Despite the high number of carries, it looks as if Asaro gets stronger and hits his second wind as the game progresses.
