Andrew embodies the “ATH” category perfectly. Both offensively and defensively, he’s incredibly productive. In the defensive secondary, Andrew is a quick and physical DB that has a knack for playing the run. Offensively is where the value could be endless. He’s an incredibly athletic and twitchy QB that does the bulk of his work on the ground. He has a solid arm, but his improvising and scrambling is what makes him so incredibly dangerous. I believe at the next level, he could see the field early and often via special teams, with an eventual role as a slot/H-back with big-play ability.

I really enjoyed Andrew’s sophomore season tape at Gaylord. He played a similar role to Shawn Foster from a couple years ago at Grand Ledge (or D. Flemister at Detroit MLK last year).
That said, Andrew is an athlete at QB, and the offense is built around his athletic ability. I feel that Andrew is best when improvising outside of the pocket or on designed runs. When Andrew is improvising, he does a good job scanning the field for an open man. When someone’s open, he tosses it. When nobody is open, Andrew is excellet at finding a lane, tucking, and running.

Now, Andrew is at Alpena. I fully expect to step into Alpena and ball out. Can’t wait to see Andrew in the Green and White!
