Hillstead will look to get off to a quick start. Timpanogos has a new receiving room and he’ll need to direct them where to go and get them in the right spots. He’s a signal caller with a calming presence and he stands tall in the pocket. He shows good pocket navigation and has a quick delivery. He does a good job of leading his receivers open and shows good ball placement. With the first quarter of the season under his belt, if he and his receivers can get the timing down, it’ll be all systems go.
Hillstead will be asked for a complete game against Pine View. It’s be a mix bag to start the season, two easy wins and a tough opponent. This should be a more competitive matchup where Hillstead will be asked to move the ball all over the field. He throws with good anticipation, has good ball placement, and is a player who can manipulate a defensive back.
Hillstead is our predication to take Region 8 Offensive Player of the Year. He is primed to throw for 3,500 yards and 40 touchdowns. He’s been exceptional in his career with limited mistakes and turnovers; his accuracy and ball placement will help his new receiving group rise to the challenge. He is an elite signal caller in the region and should garner additional offers in recruiting. An exceptional talent for the classification.
Hillstead is a quick processor, has a compact delivery, and overall has good arm talent. He does well with off-platform throws, moves well around the pocket, and has good pocket navigation. Hillstead has good velocity, his ball placement is good, and he will throw his receivers open. He is set up for a huge final season.
Hillstead climbs 20 spots and comes in as the 54th-ranked prospect in the state. Hillstead is a quick processor, has a quick delivery, and showcases good arm talent. He has exceptional ball placement and can make all the necessary throws you want to see. He’s a player who should have a phenomenal final season, where he should get regional offers.
Hillstead returns to the Timberwolves this season as one of top senior QBs in the state of Utah. Has a slow wind up delivery that gives the ball a tight spiral with speed. Has the arm strength to deliver the ball downfield and throw towards the sideline. Accuracy showing ball placement and anticipation to hit his targets. Mobility to move around the pocket, scramble and throw on the run. Hillstead has the arm, size and athleticism to be a Pro style QB at the next level.
Hillstead is one of the better Quarterbacks in the state, and he looked crisp throughout the morning. His throws were spot on, he had pinpoint accuracy with receivers he hasn’t spent too much time with, and had good velocity to his throws.
