Castro is an all around prospect that shows the willingness to contribute in any role necessary to help his team succeed. While he continues to work toward earning more opportunities at receiver or safety, he found a way to make an impact last season as a kicker. His production in that role was impressive, connecting on 13 of 15 PATs while also converting a FG from 33 yards. Those numbers show consistency, confidence and the ability to perform under pressure. He has embraced every opportunity available and continues to develop multiple aspects of his game. Entering the upcoming season, Castro will be playing with a chip on his shoulder as he looks to prove he can contribute beyond special teams. If he secures a larger role, he has the potential to become one of the more intriguing under the radar prospects to monitor throughout the year.
