Lethgo is a productive QB prospect with a baseball background. I would say his size and arm strength are adequate, but his quick release, arm talent, and toughness generate the most intrigue. He is also a good enough athlete to move the pocket. As we see often in baseball prospects, he can speed up his release, alter his arm angle, and make off-platform throws. He relies on his quick trigger and instincts to bend the ball around defenders and put it into tight windows. If he needs to hang back another half second to take on contact and let a receiver get open, he will. Lethgo isn’t the most traitsy prospect, but he is good enough and makes the most of what he has. He is a clear D1 QB prospect.
