Medyn threw for 179 yards per game with 10 touchdowns and ran for 15 touchdowns for Chino Hills this season.

He’s had one of the stronger arms in the class since he was a freshman at Orange Lutheran. Medyn has always been able to put a lot of zip on the ball and have solid mechanics, but he has really improved as an athlete over the past few years.

Many of his offers are from awhile ago but Northern Arizona offered him last summer.

Medyn had a very efficient game in a 58-6 win over JW North. The Orange Lutheran transfer completed 18 of 21 passes for 326 yards with five touchdowns. He also ran for a touchdown.

Medyn got significant playing time when Orange Lutheran played St. John Bosco and looked solid against the best team in the nation.

He competed at the Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase and I was really impressed with his arm strength. The ball jumps out of his hands and his release is smooth.

Medyn is picking up steam with offers from Southern Methodist, Arizona State, Texas A&M and others. It will be interesting to see how Orange Lutheran incorporates him in the offense with TJ Lateef TJ Lateef 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Orange Lutheran | 2025 State CA also at quarterback. Medyn is just too good not to be getting at least some playing time at the varsity level.
