Lagunes started to flash as a junior and showed some encouraging signs as the season went on. He does a good job containing the edge and understands how to force the ball back inside instead of giving up the corner. He’s patient against the run, doesn’t overcommit, and trusts what he sees. The length stands out and gives him something to build on. If he continues filling out his frame, I think it’ll really round out his game because the foundation is already there.
