Per AJ’s X account, he’s currently 260 pounds. He’s an aggressive guard who excels in space and when asked to climb to the second level. AJ’s film shows plays where he’s consistently chipping a defensive tackle before transitioning to block a linebacker or defensive back downfield (one ended up being a 20-plus yard gain on a screen pass o the running back). He plays strong, can be physical, and finishes plays (a few pancakes on his highlights. I think AJ needs to tighten his initial set in pass protection and meet pass rushers more aggressively at the line of scrimmage. Would like to see him get a little bit more explosive off the ball as well.
