Aiden is your old-school, downhill, punisher at the LB position. He has a massive frame at 6’2″ 220 lbs with a 6’2″ wingspan and 10″ hands. The big LB plays with the physicality that matches that overwhelming frame. He is a downhill LB who can power through OL blocks and get to the football between the tackles. The junior can also pick up RBs on short routes, but he is built to stop the run game and shine on first and second down. This is another dominant 2027 to get your eyes on.

Powerful. That is how I would describe the 6’2″ 215 lbs junior LB in one word. Every movement or hit is loaded up with power that is ready to deliver through a tackle or into a lineman or FB to shed a block. The instincts showed up on tape this week too, sniffing out screens and doing a great job of finding the ball play to play. The speed and range compared to his sophomore season looks more improved and Aiden looks more comfortable overall moving around the field. Get this kid on your radars.

I’m a big fan of the way Aiden plays the game at the LB position. He is an old-school, strong, downhill punisher of an ILB. The ’27 has a perfect frame for that play style too. He dominates between the tackles when he fills his gap against the run. The power is there to shed OL blocks and he also has the burst to effectively blitz through gaps. Even when he is engaged with a block, you see the strength to just reach out and rip ball carriers down with a single arm. Aiden also does a great job of flowing with the play, finding the all quickly, and then closing on it. The range is starting to develop along with the impressive frame, power, and tackling. Big things ahead for this kid.

Aiden definitely fits the role of the old-school thumper when you watch him on tape. The 6’2″ 216 lbs sophomore has a strong frame to fight through blocks and traffic to get to the ball vs the run game. That strength isn’t something that gets to be demonstrated at camps, but what we did get to see is that the 2027 is well on his way to growing into that big frame and his athleticism and overall mobility is starting to shine through. Aiden was at his best when he could pursue downhill and close quickly on the ball. He did a good job of knowing what pursuit angle to take to meet RBs in the 1 vs 1 battles on the ground. Aiden is an athlete to keep your eyes on. He has a 6’3″ wingspan with a big frame and a physicality needed at the position. He also clearly is becoming a leader of his team, earning a spot as captain as a sophomore on varsity.
