Ryan Burns

Ryan Burns brings over five years of experience in sports journalism to the Northstar Football News team. Ryan will be covering recruiting along with team coverage throughout the season. As a former collegiate athlete having gone through the recruiting process, its something of a passion for him. Ryan graduated with a degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2015 and was also tight end for St. Olaf in 2011. Ryan grew up in Oakdale (Minn.) and now resides in the Twin Cities. In addition to writing for NFN, he works full time for Scout.com covering both the Minnesota Golden Gophers (GopherDigest.com) and the North Dakota State Bison (BisonReport.com).
