- Timpview Thunderbirds
Timpview lost to Los Alamitos on the road in week two, but very few teams in the country could have won. They may be 2-2, but those two losses are both two of the top 100 teams in high school football. Timpview still has Helaman Casuga and some of the top players in the state.
2. Box Elder Bees
The Bees beat Northridge 42-12 to improve to 4-0. Dax Sumko had over 200 yards rushing and four touchdowns to lead the offense, while Jay Macia had five tackles and a sack to help the defense slow down the Knights.
3. Alta Hawks
The Hawks suffered a tough week four loss to East 10-7. Alta is now 3-1 and has elite players like Peizge Mailei Peizge Mailei 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Highland | 2024 State UT and Kalvin Liavaa to lead them on both sides of the ball.
4. West Panthers
The Panthers earned a hard-fought win over Olympus 19-18. Isiah SueSue had over 170 yards on the ground and through the air, while Taimane Brown Taimane Brown 5'10" | 165 lbs | LB West | 2024 State UT had 16 tackles to lead the West defense.
5. Brighton Bengals
The Bengals got off to a great start in Region six with a 29-6 win over Highland. Case Beames and Donovan Wismer both had over 100 yards receiving, while Caleb Stock and Easton Adamson combined for 17 tackles and three sacks as Brighton is now 3-1.
6. Springville Red Devils
Springville got back on track with a 46-0 thrashing of Cyprus to move to 3-1. Tevita Valeti Tevita Valeti 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Springville | 2024 State UT and Mo Finau each had two of the Red Devils seven rushing touchdowns.
7. Roy Royals
The Royals beat Clearfield 56-0 to improve to 3-1 on the season. They have scored over 35 points in three straight games, with DaeQwan Snider and Logan Cella each rushing for 100 yards.
8. Granger Lancers
Granger got a strong week four win with a 55-10 stomping of Skyline. Carson Su’esu’e Carson Su’esu’e 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Granger | 2024 State UT had over 245 yards and three touchdowns, while Benson Kofe Benson Kofe 6'1" | 290 lbs | OL Grnager | 2024 State UT had five tackles and a pick-six.
9. East Leopards
The Leopards got a big week four win by besting Alta 10-7. The East defense was lights out, with Samueka Tuai and J.R. Kaufusi each having over ten tackles.
10. West Jordan Jaguars
The Jaguars earned a hard-fought week four win by beating Orem 41-35. Dominic Overby had seven catches for 196 yards and four touchdowns, while Keaton Lewis had 14 tackles as the Jaguars now sit at 2-2.
