One of the best offensive linemen in outstate Minnesota, Suess is uncannily quick for someone of his size. He works his way to the second level often and does a great job of working off double teams to a linebacker. When Suess manages to get a head full of steam, he’ll drive a linebacker into the dirt with ease. He’d be an insane get for MIAC schools looking to find a high-upside offensive lineman.

Suess can simply overpower people at the point of attack. Even with his size, Suess has excellent speed – allowing him to get to the second level faster than most athletes his size. When he gets to the second level, he is athletic enough to stay with linebackers and defensive backs in the open field, which at least allows him to get hands on the defender, negating their speed advantage. Don’t let his fancy footwork deceive you – the junior is also a mauler in the running game. Suess is obviously bigger than most guys he plays against and is also stronger – resulting in plenty of plays that end with defenders on the ground.

Suess brings a powerful skill set at right tackle. His explosiveness out of his stance and quick movement to the second level showcase his agility and athleticism. Suess’s strength and red-hot motor provide consistent intensity throughout each play. He plays like a bulldog on the field. With impressive athleticism and substantial size, Suess excels in pass-protection and run-blocking scenarios. His contact-seeking mentality and ability to overpower defenders disrupt defenders’ rush plans, creating space for his ball carriers and plenty of time for his quarterback to read defenses. Suess’s standout attribute lies in his tremendous run-blocking skills, where he effectively leverages defenders to open running lanes.
