He is a three-sport prospect who also plays baseball and basketball. He is a shutdown defender on the hardwood and a future field general in training on the gridiron.

I’ve mentioned it in the previous PrepRedzone Midwest features comprising our inaugural “Freshmen Week” series, but there’s always a precedent to identify young quarterbacks as early as possible given the importance the position plays in the role of the game of football and sports as a whole. Wellsville’s 5’11, 145 lber. Pete Dorsey doesn’t have a ton to give us in terms of film right now, but he did earn some varsity snaps as a first year high school signal-caller, so it is significant that the Eagles trusted him enough to throw him in the mix in any kind of situation and believe in his skillset enough to try to throw him in the fire in preparation for the future.
