If you are in the hunt for a small school 2026 QB that I believe trends under the radar, Drayson Johnson Drayson Johnson 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood | 2026 State ND from MLS is one you might want to know. Threw nearly 30 passing touchdowns as a junior, as a pocket passer that I have been impressed with his growth from sophomore to junior year with his progression speeds. The precision that Drayson too has created on deep routes is has also shown development as you can gauge the poise this young man has grown over the years. His big arm as also gotten attention on the baseball diamond, but surely our QB8 in this 2026 class certainly has the skills to play on Saturdays. Twitter

Stat Line: 267 passing yards, three total touchdowns (2 pass, 1 rush)
One of the top quarterbacks in North Dakota’s 2026 class in Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood had an impressive outing last week as he showed off some fluid quick reads within his first clips on tape. He showed some locked-in awareness especially with his vision over the top of the Tioga secondary leading his team 22-6 as they enter Week 4 at 3-0. The awareness this young man showed off is going to be a blast to watch for over the coming years, as a first time nominee this week for our North Dakota Big Dog of the Week.

There is no question that this quarterback class in North Dakota’s class of 2026 has some raw skillsets that are brewing, but one of the quarterbacks that intrigued me on tape was Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood quarterback Drayson Johnson Drayson Johnson 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood | 2026 State ND . He shows off some growing precision with his throwing arm and developing more touch on his intermediate and deep routes is going to enhance Drayson’s quarterback skillsets even further. I also like the speed of Drayson’s release at his age as with his size he already shows how well he can read over the top of the secondary. No Twitter yet.
